We cannot currently deliver to BFPO addresses. However, all international delivery will need to be agreed prior to confirming your order. We will quote the appropriate P&P charge, however we will not deliver to outside of the UK without the tracking option. This is to protect both of us from loss. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may not always be possible, and we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Delivery exceptions

Monday next and named day delivery service - weekend ordering
For many areas the order cut-off time for a Monday "next day" delivery (excludes bank holidays) will be 7pm on the previous Saturday,

If requested delivery address is NON UK Mainland we quote further postage charge based on item weigh and dimensions. I.e. THE POSTAL SERVICES ADD SURCHARGES TO DELIVERIES TO THE FOLLOWING POSTAL AREAS NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, AND ISLES OF SCILLY BT, IM, TR21-25. THE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND - POSTCODE: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

 Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday (also Saturday in the case of goods being delivered within 5 days under Standard delivery terms), between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. Delivery to the following postal codes may take longer than the standard delivery:
